Emory University used timely hitting  and a strong pitching performance from Senior Shanon Anderson to beat the Lynx 8-0 this afternoon in Atlanta.  Emory took advantage of 3 Lynx errors and 4 walks, while garnering 11 base hits to hand the Lynx their first loss of the season.  Allison Conn, Kelli Zomer and Armanda Venezia each a hit for the Lynx.  Rhodes and Emory will meet again tomorrow morning at 9:30am at Cooper Field on the campus of Emory University.
